WebEnough dex to hit 100 with your equips and buffs, so 73 with just an hyoyo, less if you have more. The math clearly shows that 15% more crit rate is FAR better for damage over time than 50 str at higher levels say 90+. 100 dex gives 95% critrate which is perfect. Of course adjust accordingly with awakens.
