WebCancer Survivorship is more than surviving cancer. It starts from the time of diagnosis and continues after treatment. The experience of living with cancer and beyond is unique to every patient. A UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center’s survivorship nurse navigator, working as part of Supportive Oncology and Survivorship, is here to help. Webalso developed a survivorship program evaluation guide. This resource provides guidance for program evaluation and recommends evidence-based measurement tools to assist survivorship programs in evaluating the program’s impact on survivorship. GWCI developed and launched the first in a Patient Navigator Survivorship Training series.
